bnox will never request your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
bnox operates a derivatives trading venue for certain digital assets. All orders submitted through the platform are firm, irrevocable, and executed at bnox's sole discretion based on prevailing market conditions, available liquidity, and order parameters. Once an order has been matched, it may not be cancelled.
Contract outcomes are determined by the price movement of the underlying instrument over the specified contract duration relative to the direction selected at order entry. bnox is not responsible for any losses resulting from adverse market movements, latency, connectivity issues, or user error.
Deposits are accepted in supported digital assets via specified networks. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published within the platform and may be amended from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require additional verification. bnox may delay or decline withdrawal requests where required for compliance, fraud prevention, or investigation. Network fees are borne by the Client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bnox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from market movements, execution outcomes, connectivity failures, or third-party service interruptions.
bnox shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, cyberattacks, regulatory action, or acts of war.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bnox operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
bnox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified within the platform. Continued use of the platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Data protection enquiries: privacy@bnox.trade
Digital assets are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly within very short time horizons. Price movements may occur due to factors including market sentiment, liquidity conditions, regulatory announcements, protocol changes, and third-party actions. There is no assurance that digital assets will maintain value or be convertible to fiat currency at any given time.
Where leverage is offered, both profits and losses are magnified. A modest adverse movement in the underlying market can eliminate a substantial portion of your margin balance. Positions may be closed automatically at predefined thresholds to prevent negative balances, and such closures may occur at prices less favorable than prevailing quotes.
During periods of heightened volatility, order books may thin significantly. Executed prices may differ materially from the price displayed at the moment of order submission. Slippage, gap movements, and partial fills are inherent characteristics of order-driven markets and cannot be eliminated.
Access to the platform may be disrupted by factors beyond our control, including network outages, connectivity failures, hardware faults, or attacks on infrastructure. Orders submitted during such disruptions may not be received, may be delayed, or may be executed at prices materially different from the expected price.
While bnox maintains segregated client wallets and applies cold storage for the majority of reserves, no custodial arrangement is entirely free of risk. You acknowledge that digital assets may be subject to loss due to security breaches, key compromise, or third-party insolvency events despite reasonable safeguards.
Regulatory treatment of digital assets varies significantly across jurisdictions and is subject to change. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction. bnox may be required to restrict or terminate access where compliance obligations dictate.
Information published on the platform is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You must conduct your own research and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice before engaging in any transaction.
Any figures displayed on the platform relating to historical outcomes, payout rates, or example returns are illustrative only. They do not represent promises, forecasts, or guarantees of future performance. Actual returns depend entirely on market conditions at the time of settlement.
The platform may integrate with third-party services, including price feeds and blockchain networks. Failures, interruptions, or inaccuracies in such services may affect the availability or accuracy of the platform. bnox is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you have assessed your own financial circumstances, and that you accept responsibility for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
bnox is committed to maintaining robust anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) practices. These measures are essential to the integrity of the financial system and to the protection of our clients.
All clients must provide accurate identification information prior to accessing certain services or withdrawing funds. Required documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, where applicable, source-of-funds evidence.
Transactions are subject to continuous monitoring for indicators of suspicious activity. Certain thresholds may trigger additional verification steps. bnox reserves the right to request further information at any stage of the client relationship.
Deposited funds are screened against public blockchain analytics to identify potential exposure to sanctioned addresses, mixing services, or known criminal activity. Transactions associated with elevated risk may be delayed or declined.
Where required by applicable law, bnox will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Under such circumstances, we may be prohibited from informing you of the report.
Clients presenting higher risk profiles — including political exposure, elevated jurisdictional risk, or unusual transaction patterns — may be subject to enhanced due diligence measures.
bnox reserves the right to refuse service, restrict accounts, or terminate relationships where compliance obligations cannot be satisfied. Remaining balances may be returned following completion of the applicable review process.
KYC records and transaction history are retained in accordance with applicable retention requirements, typically for a minimum of five years from the end of the client relationship.
